10) For ALL Events the minimum notice of cancellation is 21 days.  No refunds will be issued if less than 28 days notice is given.

11) All decisions by Scott Burke are final.

12) With regards to individual appointments which are not classed as an EVENT, a minimum of 48 hours of changes to times/dates of consultation(s) is required.  If less than 48 hours notice is given.  

48 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS (NOT INCLUDING EVENTS, SEE POINT 10). YOU AGREE TO PAY THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE BOOKING FOR LESS THAN 48 HOURS CANCELLATION OR NO CANCELLATION GIVEN.

 

CANCELLATIONS CAN ONLY BE VALID BY TELEPHONING 01463 250854 with details left on answering machine or with Scott Burke. Emails/Texts/Mail cancellations are NOT valid.

 13) With regards to all areas, including, but not limited to, individual appointments, products, merchandise and events, all decisions in all circumstances made by Scott Burke are final with regards to any situations arising.

Scott Burke will take reasonable action to reduce the possibility of infectious contamination, including Covid-19. You agree not to hold Scott Burke liable for any infectious, and will also take responsibility to help reduce the risk of contamination to yourself and those within Scott Burke's working premises.

Scott Alexander Burke would like to inform all clients participating in hypnotherapy sessions of the following disclaimer:

1. Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Clients should continue to seek advice from qualified healthcare providers for any existing or potential health concerns.

2. The hypnotherapy sessions provided are conducted by Scott Alexander Burke, a certified hypnotherapist. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and effective experience, clients understand that individual results may vary. Hypnotherapy outcomes depend on various factors, including client motivation, receptiveness, and commitment to the process.

3. Clients acknowledge that any alleged adverse effects or discomfort experienced during or after the hypnotherapy sessions are their sole responsibility. Scott Alexander Burke shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may arise from participating in hypnotherapy, including but not limited to physical discomfort, emotional distress, or loss of any kind.

4. Clients are advised to disclose any pre-existing medical or mental health conditions, including medications, treatments, or therapies they are currently undergoing. It is their responsibility to inform Scott Alexander Burke about any changes in their health status that may affect their participation in hypnotherapy.

5. Sessions may or may not be recorded by audio means.  This will always be the case when working with minors (under the age of 16) are at the discretion of Scott Alexander Burke.  Clients should inform Scott Alexander Burke if they do not wish the session to be recorded by audio means.

6. Scott Alexander Burke ensures the confidentiality and privacy of all client information shared during the hypnotherapy sessions, in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethical guidelines. However, clients understand that no electronic communication or data transmission can be entirely secure, and Scott Alexander Burke cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information provided.

7. Any files, audio, text, or other content sent by Scott Alexander Burke ("the Sender") are provided as is and without any warranty or liability for the presence of viruses, malware, trojans, or similar harmful elements. The Sender shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by such elements. Recipients of the aforementioned content are advised to exercise caution and implement appropriate security measures to ensure their protection. By accessing or utilising the content, recipients agree to hold the Sender harmless from any liabilities arising from the use or misuse of said content.

By participating in hypnotherapy sessions with Scott Alexander Burke, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer, releasing Scott Alexander Burke from any liability related to their experience with hypnotherapy.
